Do you offer in-person or online therapy?

Both. I offer in-person therapy in Asheville, NC (in West Asheville), along with secure online therapy for clients anywhere in North Carolina or Florida.

Do you specialize in ADHD and autism?

Yes. I specialize in ADHD and autism therapy, including working with clients who were diagnosed later in life or who identify with neurodivergent traits without a formal diagnosis. My work is neurodiversity-affirming and focused on understanding you.

Who do you work with?

I work with teenagers and adults. My practice centers women, transgender, and non-binary clients, and I am LGBTQ+ affirming and allied with many communities.

What is therapy with you like?

Therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in compassion. We’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s managing overwhelm, unpacking masking and burnout, navigating relationships, or reconnecting with your sense of self.

Do you accept insurance? How much do sessions cost?

Yes,  I accept Aetna and Blue Cross / Blue Shield. We can verify your benefits before getting started. Out-of-pocket individual sessions cost $185. I accept ACH transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

How long are sessions?

Most sessions are 55 minutes, unless otherwise discussed.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a feel for my approach before committing. Reach out.
